are keys made here? also I went thru all the Q&A and people asking good questions but the answers are from people who state "they don't work there" or " call the store" etc..why have a Q&A if you can't get any answers?

Because,it's Google generated,instead of store generated,if the store did it,they would answer your questions directly,,some of the stores,the supervisor is required to check the Google generated question and answer area,but most stores rely heavily on Google,for internet interests.
