Timing is of essence. We arrived there needing handicapped sitting since my mom is in a wheelchair and we were promptly seated. We got there just in time. Service was superb and the food was OK. NOT Texas sized portions but the atmosphere more than makes up for it.
I thought the service was good. I enjoyed sitting and watching everything.
I've not had that issue there before. Our waiter was very prompt and attentive. I don't think I would have minded slower service, though, with such a relaxing beautiful atmosphere and delicious chips and salsa!
I have not experienced that, service was fast and friendly.
