Is this location still closed from the hurricane? I went a few weeks ago and it was cleared out.

I've moved from Tx but still have friends there and they say it's still closed and may not actually reopen at all. :(

As for as I know of, they're still closed. I traveled the Townsend bypass Wednesday before the holiday. The parking lot was empty except for work vehicles. But there's another Party City on 1960 East in the Atascocita area, next to Ross Dept. Store and Charming Charlie.
