Children 3-5 years old can ride double with an adult on one of our larger horses. Children 6+ can ride on their own.

It is seen that if parents are comfortable adjusting small child , they ride along with small kid.
Im not sure either, but i did see toddlers riding with parents.
I'm not sure the minimum age but I know they can ride pretty young with a parent.
