Yes they do. But in limited quantities. This is a upscale shop so their back issues are ones that date back to the sixties and seventies.
We do buy older comic books, but we just ask that you set up an appointment first!

I believe they do buy comics, although you may want to call before you go in. Considering they are a retailer though, they still need to make a profit selling your books so you may make a little more selling to private collectors. Selling privately is also much more work.
I don't think so, every thing they sell is new.
