No, they can pick you up. My experience with this company has been very good.. the employees at this particular location are very helpful and friendly. When I compared prices, they seem to have the most economical options also! They don't require as much as other companies do either, as far as insurance, etc. It's optional... or at least it was for me the last time I rented from them. We got a nice, new Dodge crossover, great on gas and big enough for a family of 4 to go on vacation to South Carolina and back! I also had to use them when my car was in the shop after a rear end collision... they upgraded me to a nicer SUV for free and were very professional each time I've interacted with them. 😊
