Some places charge you for bags regardless. This place has the best prices, meat, and quality of service. Don't think 5 cents is unreasonable when someone is making a double bag request
I shop here all the time and I have never had to pay for and extra bag. It could also be that I never ask because they are all ready doubled or I double bag them myself. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
