The lot next to Enterprise in Paris is not owned by Enterprise Rental car. Enterprise has a used and new car lot in Memphis TN. I have been there. Its nice and reasonable.

There is a separate entity that sells the used rental cars. If you stop by they will direct you to the nearest location
