There are campgrounds near by within a 15-20 minute drive from Dearborn. Belleville is probably the closest
Not that i uave evwr heatd of, but you may be able to call the parking lot amd see if they offer long term parking. I see RVs inbthe lot all the time, imnjustbnot sure if they are tjere long term
There's parking at the Greenfield Village off of Village road that should accommodate most RVs
