Weekends are very busy I would go monday to thursday , go early and check the weather
Greenfield village is outdoor so if you want to see that I would check the weather. We had a beautiful day and a couple that got very hot in the afternoon. The indoor museum is a traditional museum so available at any time.
It is closed and has been closed for 4 years
It's big enough that there is really no bad time. It matters more what events you are interested in.
