I always check my bag before I pull away from the window. They act mad but I don't care, I have gotten home 1 too many times without all of my order.
I had wonderful service at McDonald's the lady was an older lady but she was wonderful. I never had such a good service before
Did you get a recording of your order? Could send that and a copy of your receipt to corporate and maybe get a free cup.
Appreciate your reply Jackie, but I think you may have missed the context of my statement & that my question was rhetorical. An employee shouldn't tell me that the fault is mine because they didn't follow instructions or pay attention to what they're keying into the order.
