They recommend it because it can get pretty busy (especially for bridal parties). But I was a walk in and had no problem.

I never have a problem with David's Bridal they have so many different styles and the accessories to go with it if you buy something that has been broken arm with someone in the wrong size trying it on they will fix it for a little amount of money but if it's worth you going there it's worth having a little something fixed that someone else has broken by trying it on especially if it's in your size I recommend David's Bridal for those that need after hour attire maybe shoes to go with something that they already have It's a wonderful place to look first I purchased a bag to go with the shoes I already had and after 5 attire.
I agree with caromen81, an appointment isn't necessary but if they are booked up and buy...especially this time of year, then you may not be able to get the help that you desire
