Heck, there are vendors there who SELL puppies. I doubt anyone cares as long as the dog is well behaved. Your dog is probably a service dog right? Right? :-)
Yes you can, they just dont want them in the food court area.
Actually, there are signs posted multiple places that say no pets. It doesnt stop people. They dont allow it but people get away with it.
