Sundays with good weather you'll have anywhere from 50-70 vendors nowadays. If the weather is iffy you'll have less vendor turnout. Tuesdays maybe 10-15 vendors. Also, for Sunday you should plan to arrive early!
I have no idea about Tuesday's but on Sunday there are quiet a lot. The customers have always been polite. Do you have a more specific question? If you like fresh fruit and vegetables as well as flowering plants they have a couple of different vendors. I love the yard art.
