The problem with movie theaters concessions is that they have more people working the concession then they have registers open. If you count how many registers they have they should have that many open. And the rest of them should be all Runners to prepare the order. So I'm assuming the question is why were you sending line for longer than 15 minutes.
Concession stand has so many people working behind but only few are working. The rest are just standing around. Reminds me of Walmart, 20 registers and only 4 open
Maybe it was just a bad day
That happens with young kids like that, good thing to remember though is that they also respond to a kick in the pants, so speak up and get their attention.
Yhea the young kids can sometimes not be very attentive for sure. But it's pretty unusual
