What the heck is wrong with the Store's phone number? I'm trying to get a job there and everytime I hit 0 or just hold to speak to an associate for the hiring manager, it disconnects me everytime.

System is down it's happened to several Target just go in and ask for the management and they could help you

Go into the store. Phone service is terrible
