I honestly don't know the apt size. But they are a nice size.

All are single story, no steps. Simple kitchen area, dining area and living room are "open concept" (1 larger room), bedroom and connected bathroom in the back. There are a limited number of somewhat larger apartments with a larger footprint for couples. Though most residents take whatever becomes available due to the long wait-list. Call, the staff are helpful and responsive.
