Give them a call and don't worry. They probably have a ton of people waiting for a spot. They will fill it for sure.
Don't cancel, reservations are hard to come by for this place and you're missing out on great food.
If it's less than a business day before your reservation you'll need to call the restaurant, or you can cancel when they call you to confirm.
