Wow I haven't had a chance to have the buffet yet but after reading that description it's bumped to the top of the to do list.
It is a buffet. There is salad, fruit, eggs bacon, sausage, potatoes, greens, cheesy grits, biscuits and gravy, an omelet bar, a waffle bar, and a specialty dish that changes every week. It's all sourced from local farms and they show which farms the food came from. It's delicious!
