Since they have no idea what files you need to keep or get rid of, have them do a complete backup of your hard drive. Then have them reinstall your Operating System. You will have to reinstall all of the programs yourself. Blowing the dust out of the system is not difficult for them, and is fairly routine. They may have a typical package for this kind of maintenance. You will need to talk to them about the price, and they will also be able to tell you when and how long it will take to be done. You might also consider getting a solid state drive (SSD). The speed improvement will be impressive if you still have a mechanical spinning drive in your laptop. If you decide to do this, get a couple of drives. One just big enough to back up your old drive, and the other to back up your new drive after it is installed. From that point on, keep a scheduled backup.

Joining the consensus. Bring it in and let them take a look. They'll need to keep it for a day or two. They're really knowledgeable and the prices are good.

Simply take your laptop in. They are fair and honest.

No exactly sure but should be between $100-$200. They should be able to recommend upgrades if your system is not too old.

Depends on what needs to be done. Bring it in and they will give you an estimate. They have always been fair with me.
