Yes, but lately their stock of 40k stuff is lackluster. Good luck ordering anything you want, they won't listen. They do have tables to play on however
I wouldn't go as far to say they carry the full range. Or actually very close to it. They usually have less than ten terrain kits at any time. Their Citadel spray paint is always almost gone. And they tend to be short on units that power gamers don't buy.
