Wow, I can't imagine why you would feel that way. I've always had a great experience there, including just 10 days ago when I went there to see Mark Farner and the Guess Who. As Melanie has already answered, of course your tax dollars don't pay for this venue! Private companies paid for this venue to get a face-lift and the people who buy tickets, attend these events are the ones that keep it going!
