The Bowling Green Municipal Court website will let you know if a warrant was issued. Click under Find Case Information and click the blue word HERE. Click bottom of the disclaimer and then TR/CR Case Lookup. Type in their last name, comma, and first name. If you find their name, click the section under the Status category.
I think you can just call the court
