They don't ask for proof of ownership and they do inspect the car to a T & THEY WERE WONDERFUL , BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD in Michigan
No. They dont charge. It free but I will call 1st before I go.
As far as I know it's a free service, but before I venture out there I'd call to be sure.
