The paper work they gave me with the breakdown said it was almost $600. That wasn't including x-rays and the crown.

They're definitely not free. They accept most health insurance, but not public assistance insurance. I don't know the cost of a root canal.... You should call them to inquire. They offer payment plans on a lot of their work.
