My neighbors has a dealer license..in all states. He parks all these cars on our street and on 7 St. It's like a parking garage. Is that legal. Easton doesn't not have enough parking as it is. He does not work and works on these cars on the street.

As long as they are registered you can't do anything about it

Unfortunately there's no City Ordinance prohibiting how many cars you can own or have parked on the streets. Working on a car while on the roadway its not against the law. The problem is if it becomes a safety hazard for other motorists or of he charges people for job performed on cars.
