Are there certain hours available to order from breakfast and lunch or are all items available at any time of the day?

All day..

Any options all day. We were only there for three days. We ate the biscuits and gravy place near by. We ate both of the next two days at Penny's. Excellent food and great atmosphere.

I agree with Donovan Grife - no bad options.
