Do you get paid the first week you work or do they hold back a check?

Once you finish out the work week, you get paid the following Thursday. Work week runs Monday through Sunday.

Get paid weekly like if you started on a Monday you get paid the following Thursday

They hold back a week

That's a question for Revere HR. But not in my experience.
