For Ogden Mustangs games yes you can buy a season pass, but for free skate I don't believe you can but ask the cashier next time you are there.
If you are a figure skater you can buy bulk passes for "free skate' but that is different than 'public skate' if that's what you are referring to. When I used to coach there, there were no bulk passes for public skate, but there were for free skate
