Every month they have a menu. You go in and pick which meals you would like to make for dinner. You go back at a later date and go to different stations and put together the meals you picked. You can make a 3 or 6 serving, depending on what you picked from the menu. The ingredient are already chopped and sometimes they are even portioned out already. At the end of your session you can pick some desserts, breakfast items, or sides to add to your order. You pay and take them home. When you get home you freeze them. Now you have dinners you can thaw or cook from frozen for quick dinners.
You don't go shopping there. You go once a month and put together 6-12 meals. Then you put them in your freezer to eat over the next month.
