Why do they rip you off there I told the people there but like normal nothing happens I hit bonuses and then the machines say err and nothing comes out then my kids get upset its terrible

Travis, We do have 1 machine that reads err. The company is working on a fix for that game it still plays fine, they believe it is juts a bad reading for the amount of voltage to a motor. On that specific game you must hit the bonus 2x in a row to get the jackpot. Sorry this wasn't explained to you. We do out best to keep the games running in tip top shape.
