A Xmas card with (4) gift cards mailed at Marlton PO was postmarked in Bellmawr. They were delivered to addressee 10 days later, slit on the side & gift cards missing. Who do I contact to try to locate gift cards. I have the serial numbers.

What is Local Guide? I don't know what this means - Postal Inspectors. I already contacted my local postal inspector, who referred me to Amin Office of Consumer Affairs. I've left 3 voicemails since 1/3 & have not received a call back. I'm just trying to find out if there's a "lost & found," where the gift cards could have ended up. Thanks.
