I had similar issue. Manager was not acting professional. Very rudely behaved. I asked him why my food is cold, he said this is the temperature we can cook. I asked him to give my money back and he said we can't give you money back. He said go to court and get your money. What a rude response. I just told him very politely abt my complain. If he cant fix my food i want my money back. This plane's management is not good. The tables are sticky and floor was dirty too.
Went to the drive thru and get home to find out they got my order wrong. Then I find out 2 hours later that there has been fraudulent activity on my debit card. 3 purchases $770, $175, and $35. Will never go the again called and rude manager says prove it.
I don't know if the manager was Hatian or African, but he was very rude.. They need to replace him.
So he did not ruin my visit but he was rude. The staff covered for it pretty quickly by saying how busy he was. Overall nice meal. I will go back and just avoid him.
