Rent is between $780-800+ for a two bedroom. Yes they take pets with about a $300 pet deposit and a little extra each month? There is plenty of yard to walk your dog or cat. A large wooded area in back for great shade, but all areas require leashes and you are required to curb your dog. There are lots of dogs here. The views of the mountains are breath taking and they keep the grounds well manicured and maintained. The pool is kept open until it gets cold. There's no play ground equipment for children. However, lots of yard to play on and a fun wooded area in back to explore. It's an older place. Not many amenities such as dishwasher, washer and dryer hook up, covered parking, or a work out room, but its location is nice and they offer storage units for rent. The landscaping is beautiful and makes for a great & enjoyable exercise, with the best views in town, just walking around the perimeter, quite a work out!
