The lady's that have done my hair in the past have their license. But I believe the ones that don't have license are in some type of beauty school and goes to the shop for more training, don't get me wrong. But one day they were really busy and a young girl did my blow out which was just as perfect as if one of the lady's with license have done it. I hope this answers your question.
