There is a 5$ off on a 25$ purchase coupon that pops up in the add section of this map, cashier refused to scan it unless I had a membership that I would then have to pay for. Coupon doesnt say it's for membership. Anyone else have this issue?

Back when I was buying books and music the membership was free at Borders. Now all the stores charge and I don't buy enough to make it worth the money.

I don't have that issue I'm not a member , but they want everyone to be a member..I think it cost to much.
