Theres a yearly fee. Once paid you'll get a fob to access the park. Its $40 for Manheim residents, $60 for non- residents
There’s a sign on the gate that you need a membership to enter. Also what looks like a card scanner to get in. Despite saying it’s a free park, it is not.
