When will the Mall open up for morning walkers? There is no reason in my opinion to keep it closed. Using the pandemic doesn't make sense anymore. It's a big place, people don't touch much, no one shops. Please open the Mall again for walkers!

Was open around 10 am when i made it there day before yesterday. An already had a decent amount of people inside so was guessing opened up around 9am.
