No, because Flying J is not government property, it is not legally required to display impartialness toward any country or belief(s). If the American flag offends you maybe, you shouldn't be in America.

I read Flying J/Pilot was founded by a veteran and that the American flag will fly. If the flag offends you...find a better nation to live in because you offend me and it's time for YOU to LEAVE!

The one here in Evanston Wyoming just took theirs down today...🤔🤔🤔🤔 I asked flying j about it in Evanston Wyoming . She at first thought they had taken down the flags. She looked into it. She found out it was started by someone on Facebook. So flying j is fitting all their truck stops with flag poles, and soon all will be flying the flag. It was a rumor started on Facebook to make flying j look bad.

This is not the forum for political or legal opinion.

I have no idea why somebody would ask that kind if question. Since they are not federal or state owned property they have no legal requirement to display American flags and/or state flags. It is there own decision to do so if they see it fit to be. If it is affending to an individual, the individual can talk to the manager if the individual sees it as offensive. In my opinion, we are in the USA and we will fly the flag, no matter what anybody thinks or says. Why wouldn't somebody be proud of their country.
