Pretty sure you have to call or go in person to the theater. We tired reserving online with prepaid gift tickets and there was no way to enter the codes. We've also tried with Fandango gift cards and those worked online. There's an $8.00 service fee for online reservations, too.
Go t ok their website and make a reservations, otherwise you can call them.
