If this is such a big issue for you I assume you have to take your own scooter to a lot of places to get around
I agree with JV. Call and make a request. If the new location still doesn't provide scooters after a time, I'm going to fathom guess that there are concerns for the safety of not only customers but also for store products. Just a guess. I could be wrong.
I would consider calling in and asking to talk to the store manager and suggest this.
