I'm not sure about Kum & Go. Could always drive by and look I guess to see if they have semi access or not. Typically with in the city limits if it's not a truck stop there isnt room for a rig.
I believe the closest overnight parking would be boselmans in Altoona or Walmart in Des Moines on se 14th street
