Why can't they answer there phone at 810 in the morning called three times says hit 0 for associate and then no one answers or nothing nice five min each time

Its because they are lazy

That's right after the morning store tour. Between 7AM and 8AM, none of the managers are available. So everyone rushes the managers as soon as they get out of that tour. It's no excuse, but at least you know why now.

Walmart never answer the phone. Most employees are too busy to even run cash registers. Always wrong department. Reach right dept and employee knows nothing about needed product. You either gotta go in and check it out or order online. All the online stuff is decent

They are a little short-staffed at that time
