Most likely not. Was it part of your warranty service contract? Most places don't offer loaners as part of a warranty, the shop of repair is usually the one who offers or not. (If they have the service)
From my experience with JD they cover any parts that involve liquid while under warranty. As far as being out of state you would need to get in contact to see what that intales with your warranty and if they have a referral shop you can go to to get it fixed to get it back to Iowa. If it was me I would call them and ask what you need to do and you should go over your warranty papers to get more informed of what is covered on your vehicle. Hope that helps. I've had 2 vehicles from JD and they have always been cooperative and understanding with me and my vehicle. Hope it works out for you.
I didn't completely understand that. I meant will they pay for the car to be repaired or rememberse the cost of getting it fixed here in Colorado so we can drive it home to Iowa. Also wondering if you have experience with JD byryder and how you know the answer to my question...
