Can adults go for a walk or jog around the trail or is the park only for kids? Most reviews talk about suitability for kids. Would like to know, if the place is good to go for a trail around the lake.

The Lake is right beside the playground and has a walking path around it. There are benches to sit beside the lake, if you get tired.
