If you look on our website under the open play hours it shows we are full on Mondays 6-9 due to league. I feel our website is the best resource to let the public know when the lanes are full. I apologize that you were not able to bowl when you came in Monday. I also apologize if my response above to your concern was misinterpreted. I was simply trying to inform you and other potential customers who may run into the same issue where we post unavailable lane times. There are many times especially during our fall season where leagues use all the lanes on Mon-Thur evenings and when special events/ company parties reserve the entire center. I am open to better ways to communicate this information also.

Wow. If most people use Google as I do, a method to find your hours if operation. You're logic is flawed. We see regular hours, how many will think to themselves, hmmm, I wonder if they have league play that will drastically alter their ability to service other customers and might possibly waste my time, gas, and then further waste my time by making me feel dumb to respond to a legitimate question? As a league bowler I'm kind of appalled and now re-thinking my choice of venues in the future. I think the world of Mel, Ashley, and Brad. Not so much of your response.
