That will vary, depending on how many people are ahead of you. Sometimes there's a lot of people, sometimes not so many. Your best bet is to allocate a couple of hours, get there early and if there's a line, just enjoy the festivities!
As mentioned it depends how many people are there. More than worth the wait though!
