We were told you have to take tour. If you any interest in brewing, production, architecture, history etc. the tour is worth it. I thought the horses would be the highlight, but they were a highlight among several!
Nope.. but there is a free tour
There were only a couple horses present when I went. So if that's your priority, go for the free tour. You'll get to that area early, then leave if you like.
