Would be nice to talk to a human on a Saturday. Having difficulty making reservations for brewmaster tour for 8 people. How inconvenient the tour office is closed and can't contact the operator.

They close at 4 on the weekends because of the holiday lights. If you call early enough someone should be there

The problem was doing it online I couldn't continue after I did the guest amount and date. Couldn't proceed to checkout. S o called again and pressed 0 when the menu started playing and talked to the operator. I got the reservations made! :) Fast and friendly service! :) I am happy! :) 5☆
