Hi Deborah, So sorry to hear about your experience. It does sound out of the ordinary from our normal service. We spoke with the servers who were on their shift that evening, and they mentioned that there was confusion on their part on what tables each server had left as sections were being phased at the end of the night. We always strive to provide the highest quality guest experience, and it appears that on your visit we didn’t live up to the bar that we set for ourselves. We promise nothing has changed in regards to our training practices, and we will bring the issue from Thursday evening up to all the team members involved. Thank you!
